Policy Priorities
NAIOP Tennessee actively represents the commercial real estate industry by engaging with state and local legislative bodies to impact policy making. The organization maintains strong relationships with elected officials, serving as a trusted source of expertise and advocating for policies that support the industry. NAIOP Tennessee also works to build coalitions with like-minded groups, initiates and lobbies for new legislation, and collaborates with local commissions and state departments.
